Please note: We cannot accept returns for personal reasons.

If the item is defective, we will refund the defective item after confirming the issue with a photo attached to an email sent within 7 days after arrival.
In this case, there is no need to return the product.

If you wish to receive a refund for a defective product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.
